NONPROLIFERATIVE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY
This patient has nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy with flame-shaped and
dot-blot hemorrhages, cotton-wool spots, and microaneurysms. The patient also
has intraretinal microvascular abnormalities (IRMA). This case represents
moderate nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.
