AMENDED NOTICE

Pursuant to North Carolina Statutes sections 143-318.12(b)(2), 143-318.13(a)  and 90-121.2, and Board Rules 42L .0004 and .0008, on May 30, 2008, at 2 :00 p.m., the North Carolina State Board of Examiners in Optometry will hold a meeting  by telephone for the purpose of considering a resolution of the issues identified in the Board’s Notice issued April 11, 2007, as amended, to Dr. Scott Edwards.  The public may listen to the meeting at the Board’s Office located at 109 North Graham Street, Wallace, North Carolina 28466,
